Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to everyone who browses, lists, messages, or submits a purchase request on ChannelHub. By using the platform you agree to them.

Last updated: 3 September 2026

1. What ChannelHub is

ChannelHub is a marketplace that connects people who want to sell a YouTube channel with people who want to buy one. We host listings, provide private messaging between the two sides, and review submissions before they go live.

ChannelHub is not a party to the agreement between a buyer and a seller. We do not own the channels listed, we do not act as an agent for either side, and we are not affiliated with YouTube or Google.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details private.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
  • You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.
  • We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or our marketplace rules.

3. Never share credentials

ChannelHub will never ask you for a YouTube or Google password, a two-factor or recovery code, session cookies, or any other private login credential — and you must never share them with another user through listings, messages, or verification uploads.

Our messaging system blocks obvious attempts to send credentials. Anyone requesting them is acting against these terms and should be reported through Contact / Support.

4. Listings and seller obligations

  • You may only list a channel you genuinely own and are permitted to sell.
  • Metrics, revenue figures, and channel history must be accurate and current.
  • Listings are reviewed by our team before they appear publicly, and may be rejected or removed.
  • Approval by our reviewers is a moderation step, not a warranty of the channel's performance.

5. Purchase requests

Clicking "Buy this channel" creates a purchase request: a recorded expression of intent that notifies the seller and opens a private conversation about that specific listing. It is not a payment, a booking, or a completed sale.

ChannelHub does not currently hold, process, or transmit funds between buyers and sellers. Payment integration is on hold, and any payment arranged between the two parties today happens outside the platform and at their own risk. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Ownership transfer

Channel ownership must be transferred using YouTube's own official process — for example Brand Account owner and manager permissions, or the transfer paths documented in YouTube and Google Account Help. Transfers that involve handing over account credentials are not permitted on ChannelHub and may violate YouTube's terms.

7. Verification badges

A Verified Seller badge means a seller submitted identity information that a ChannelHub administrator reviewed and approved. It reflects a completed internal review only. It is not a guarantee about the channel, the seller's future conduct, or the outcome of any deal.

8. Prohibited use

  • Listing stolen, hacked, hijacked, or otherwise fraudulently obtained channels.
  • Misrepresenting subscribers, views, revenue, monetization status, or channel history.
  • Requesting or sharing passwords, cookies, recovery codes, or private account access.
  • Harassment, spam, scraping, or attempts to interfere with the platform's security.
  • Using ChannelHub for anything unlawful in your jurisdiction.

9. Disclaimer and liability

ChannelHub is provided on an as-is basis. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, that a deal will complete, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChannelHub is not liable for losses arising from transactions, agreements, or transfers between users.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the platform develops — including when payment handling is introduced. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent through the support form.
